Other than your Geltbox login information, we at Geltbox don't receive or collect any personal identifiable financial information from the software installed in your computer. We do not sell, rent or lease your email to third parties for any of their marketing purposes.

Information sent by you

In the case of malfunction preventing you from using the software, through the software and with your explicit consent, please send us the information that will assist us in fixing the bug.
Also, if you send emails to me@geltbox.com these will be held temporarily in secured email servers and our cloud server until downloaded to your computer. Emails you send to support@geltbox.com will be treated confidentially by Geltbox team members only.

Updates

When updating the software, we gather technical information (version date, version number etc). When updating, we don’t collect any personal information.

Anonymous information Geltbox collects

As you navigate through and interact with our website or software, we collect certain anonymous information such as the number of times a menu or option is used within the software, browser version, operating system type, software usage frequency, clicked links, browsing actions and patterns and viewed web pages.

Why does Geltbox need general information?

To provide a better and more customer- friendly service. Geltbox examines trends and patterns for the following general purposes: to fulfill users' requests for products and features, to improve our services and to conduct research.

How is your information protected?

Geltbox software is installed on your personal computer and all your personal information is stored locally and not transferred to third parties. You will be asked to create a password in order to access Geltbox. Your password is safely encrypted, and together with other secret keys is used to encrypt all your financial information using 256-Bit AES. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password. You shouldn't provide your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

We may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. Although these third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies, we want to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
